Acknowledging an Applicant

You can send an acknowledgement message from within the Applicant file to notify the candidate that their application is under review.
 

  1. Click Acknowledge. The “Subject” and “Body” of the email message are populated with the standard text defined by your system generated email templates.
  2. You can change the text as needed and/or click “Send” to send the acknowledgement.
  3. You can add or review any notes associated with the acknowledgement by clicking Notes at the top.
