Invite an Existing Applicant to Apply for another Job

Sometimes you have a superstar applicant that might not be the best fit for the original position to which they first applied. When you come across these awesome applicants, you can invite them to apply for a new position with just a few clicks in your online hiring system. 

 

  1. Go to the Talent Tab and search for your desired applicant.
  2. Check the applicant’s name and click Take Action at the top of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown menu, click Send Message to open a lightbox.

  1. Click Job Invitation to open a pre-populated message template that you can edit, if needed.

  1. Select one of your current open positions from the dropdown menu and click Send to notify the applicant of the available job opportunity.

  1. When the applicant receives the message, they can apply for the new position by clicking the link included in the email.
